Happy Feet Exchange & Refund Policy
At Happy Feet, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction and believe in making your shopping experience seamless. To ensure this, we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked exchange and refund policy for unused shoes. This means you can exchange or return your purchase without any hassle, provided the shoes are unused and in their original condition.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us: Simply reach out to us via email at contact@shophappyfeet.co or WhatsApp us at +92 328 1597599.
- Response Time: Our representative will respond within 2 working days to guide you through the process.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
- Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
- Product Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the delivery fees for exchanges or returns. In case of returns, a delivery fee of Rs 100 will be charged if you are located inside Lahore, and Rs 200 if you are outside Lahore.
- Exchanges: You can exchange items for a different product or the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
- Defective/Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. You can only make a claim for damaged merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Sales Promotions: In case of a mark-down in price due to sales promotions, customers are only eligible to make an exchange against the new, marked-down price.
- Used/Misused Items: Used or misused items will not be eligible for exchange.
